me and my lady friend wanted to go see TMNT which came out on Friday. well when we went to go see it yesterday we fell victim to what i am now calling 'The Curfew That Effects Everyone Even If You Are Not From The City County Or State'. in other words we wanted to go see it at 10:55 but as we were entering the doors that lead to the escalator up to the floor the theater is on. we were stopped and asked for ID because apparently Toledo has a city wide curfew. GRRRR. so i say "but i am not from this city" and he replies "but you are in it". so i walked away with a little bit of my pride behind me. whats new.

Another Day Another Dollar

Everyday

i will start from the beginning of my day at work.

i walk into work and i find out almost immediately that our district manager was in the building to fill out some paper work, because about 20 minutes earlier a lunatic came crashing across our lawn and crashed into out Wendy's sign. so everyone was on edge because of the ridiculous rules and regulations he has to run things. anyways so i am on grill for about an hour when heather my manager tells me to go sweep the lot because it needed it(the lunatic). so i happily oblige because it is like 16 out and nice. so i grab the dustpan and broom and head on out the door. i walk outside and of coarse my first thought is wow it is really nice out so i take of my hat and let the wind blow through my hair. i sweep about half the lot and am now cleaning on the side of the building where the window for pick-up is. when from behind me, screaming out the window, i hear heather "Next time you have to wear your hat!".

i really have no comment on this either i am the only one who understands my situation because i was there, but i mean come on i am OUTSIDE no were near the food. so my follicles have no chance of falling onto anything why not let me enjoy the wonderful day outside.

so anyways i try to disregard it and continue. i continue and complete about 1/4 more when i come upon the D.M who is talking on his cell phone to an insurance guy. and he points out an empty cup of BBQ sauce as if i didn't see it.(see illustration)

so now within 10 minutes i have been made to feel like a fool 2 times.

English Project

In my English 12 class we are being told to do a propaganda project as enticing as this is i am not really that excited. for one i plan on doing it on evolution and i realize that after my 5 minute presentation 90% of the people will hate me. including the teacher. because my teacher is a 'born again christian'. which is odd because if this god is so omnipotent and powerful he would want us to know he exists by proving that he exists because he would know most would just say fuck it i have no proof he exists.

But o well this should be fun i will be doing a video probably about 5 minutes long and posting it on Google video. link will follow in the future.

Civil Rights in school?

so let me get this straight, kids are forced by law to attend school. which is not a bad thing because everyone needs some basic knowledge of the world around them even though that is all they get out of it is basic. then in these institutions which mostly resemble prisons, they are forced to follow rules that most of the time are completely absurd and are only in place because 1 stupid person did something. and the kids have no say. i understand that there are PAC, and Student Council. but they are obviously not getting things done.

Where is the Democracy?

I previously thought we lived in a living democracy full of choices and equal control. but now i am shoved into line with everyone else, finding that in certain places there are no civil rights. outside of these institutions everyone is 'free' and can do whatever they choose to do as long as it conforms to the document written over 300 years ago. but the second you step into one of these prisons you find that even simple pleasures as kissing your girlfriend of 5 years is a crime. how pitiful is an occasion when i am not aloud to express my love for an individual, and also degrading when i get yelled at in front of dozens of people like some type of invelant who doesn't understand love or something. and can someone explain why i am restricted from listening to an mp3 player or texting on my phone or taking pictures on my new camera, when class is not in session.

I would just like to know were my civil rights are in school and why democracy has been shoved aside during the pivotal point in a persons growth. what a great example.

I never get any comments because i am the only one reading these posts. so who am i benefiting but myself. i must be typing this simply to keep myself entertained. maybe there is some type of phsycological problem or journal about this i will look to see if i have a problem or am just bored with life.

im stuck in school rite now and i am supposed to be doing a quiz of some sort but i am to tired to even begin brain storming. it is the first full day of spring and it is raining outside. how depressing. and i work 4-8 so i am thrilled about that. right so i am going to listen to my zune and zone out for a while.
